Populism: Political Representation and Citizenship" - Political Theory Seminar with Rogers M. Smith

The Dept. has the pleasure to host Professor Rogers M. Smith this week. Rogers M. Smith is Christopher H. Browne Distinguished Professor of Political Science and Associate Dean of Social Science at University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia and Honorary Professor, Department of Political Science, University of Copenhagen. He is the official nominee as president of the American Political Science Association 2018-2019. At the seminar Rogers M. Smith will present his paper, “Citizenship and Membership Duties toward Quasi-Citizens”. 

Furthermore, Malthe Frøslee Ibsen, Post Doc, Department of Political Science, University of Copenhagen will be presenting "Taking Populists Seriously: The Social Function and Political Philisophy of Contemporary Populism" and Ditte Marie Brasso-Sørensen, PhD-student, Department of Political Science will be presenting "Rethinking the Representative".
